This project included to the retrofit and renovation of an existing office space for a hedge fund and movie production company. Highlights include new electrical and energy efficient lighting displays for artwork. New plumbing and venting was provided as well as custom trim and millwork. Commercial grade vinyl flooring covers the concrete surface.
