KHCL built this magnificent Forest Hill home, which was designed by Richard Wengle. This home features barrel vault ceilings, custom mouldings, paneling, cabinetry and millwork. The home also features a home theatre, music studio and an indoor hockey rink. Statuario marble carries the front foyer, dining room, den and kitchen. Each bathroom features its own “theme” with custom colours and fabrics to match the cabinets and countertops. Wide plank oak hardwood flooring carries through the living room and upstairs area. This home was also wired “smartly” featuring the custom Vantage lighting system.
The exterior of the home features custom wood windows manufactured by Tiltco. The roof features a slate material, while hand cut limestone and brick encompass the rest of the shell.
